Javascript Web Annotations

It is now possible to add annotations on tiff pages from web browser using javascript without need of any type of plug-in. Just select any annotation shape like rectangle (transparent / opaque), square, circle, ellipse, triangle, line, arrow, stamp, freehand or text note. Then drag it over the area where you wish to show the annotation and it gets drawn over tiff page. You can also zoom in and out the page and the annotations will get re-sized accordingly. Various properties can be modified for annotation shapes like border color / width, background color, transparency etc. You can drag, move, rotate and re-size the annotations with mouse and keyboard too. The annotation can be double clicked to open the properties window where all properties can be modified and saved back. The annotation data can also be exported to an XML file.
